Instructions: To open, hold top edges of bag and pull apart. To close, pinch seal at corner and slide thumb and finger along seal. These are delicious potato hash, brown patties. It's easy to store the freezer and just pull them out as you need them. They cook up crispy and delicious in just a few minutes in the frying pan or put them in the oven and cook them right along when you're doing your bacon in a separate dish
