So this isn't sweet relish, so make note of that. Otherwise, this dill relish tastes like any other dill pickle with at has been minced. I like using it for my deviled eggs %26 chicken/tuna/egg salad recipes. It beats trying to neatly chop up a slippery dill pickle. This is isn't the type of relish you might traditionally use on hotdogs tho. My husband was surprised that this relish was not sweet. (It's b/c it's dill pickle relish, not sweet pickle relish.) Maybe you could add some white table sugar to make it sweet like hotdog relish.
