I started out with the brand name cereal, loved the crunchiness but it was too expensive to have everyday until I found that Walmart has their own brand. It tastes just as good, very crunchy, and have it with lactose free milk, strawberry kefir or yogurt. Ever since I've started this regimen, I stopped taking a 250mg laxative and thankfully regular everyday!

Used to eat SKINNER, which was the BEST Raisin Bran, but this is as close to it as you can get!!! And if your a raisin zealot, get the one with extra raisins and you'll be happy happy happy! My 91 year old uncle thanks me for getting him this cereal! And he's picky!!!!
