Preparation Instructions: **You Will Need: **1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. Great Value Country Gravy Mix **2 cups water **1 cup Great Value Milk (optional) **1. Empty mix into a medium saucepan. With a whisk, stir 2 cups cold water into mix until smooth. **2. Cook over medium heat until gravy comes to a boil, stirring frequently. **3. Simmer 1 minute. Gravy will thicken upon standing. Serve immediately. For creamier gravy use 1 cup milk and 1 cup water. **Makes 8 servings.

I don't eat this on a regular basis but occasionally the craving for biscuits and gravy hits me and for those occasions this is a must have in the pantry. I don't even use the whole packet! I'll usually just whisk a couple of spoons full with milk (much better than just water) in a pan, heat it to boiling while stirring and it's ready in minutes! Easy to use, great flavor and good value.
