Pineapple is so refreshing on hot summer days.

I love to use Great Value Canned Crushed Pineapple in Great Value Yellow Box Cake mixes instead of water. Then I just sprinkle powdered sugar onto when I'm ready to serve it. Keep it cool in the refrigerator and it's an awesome treat on hot summer days. I also love it with Great Value Cottage Cheese. It's perfect every time.

Very good and guess what? You don't have to put "rings" on your Pineapple Upside Down Cakes, just butter the bottom of your baking dish add a can or two (depending on your size of baking dish) spread on bottom and arrange your cherries all over that, Ever peice will have evenly pineapple and cherries.

I always use the Great Value brand Canned Crushed Pineapple. It is used in many dessert recipes, it freezes well (as does the leftover juice if necessary). Although I often have to pick out the "hard" pieces, this product delivers the perfect dessert.
