Delicious cereal! The flakes taste like Post toasty flakes and the almonds taste freshly cut and the honey oat clusters would be great as a snack on their own. Adding almond milk to this cereal is divine! You don't need to add sugar to this cereal as it is lightly sweetened. My teenage kiddos even like this over the overly sugary bright colored cereals that they have previously requested me to purchase. Now the shopping list includes this cereal and the fruit and yogurt flakes.
