Gevalia Espresso Dark Roast Ground Coffee, 12 oz. Bag

My favorite coffee of all time; and I'm one of those all day every day coffee drinkers who's burned through many brands of all kinds of costs. This one is like magic though. I have tried the other gevalia coffees as well but this has been the one I always went back to and now buy exclusively unless I'm forced to drink something else. It makes every coffee chain taste like burnt dirt to go. Gevalia colombia tastes much fancier than it sells for. I used to always be a plain black coffee drinker but the last few years I've been blending in my own homemade semi simplified version of “mud\wtr” (I mix up powdered turmeric, cocoa powder, powdered instant chai tea and a blend of mushroom powders). Even with my homemade mud\wtr powdered blended into each big cup of plain black (brewed on strong) gevalia Colombia, it still just tastes like excellent coffee that's been “spiced up”. Drinking this will get you spoiled. Once you start drinking Colombian style gevalia you will feel like everything else tastes burnt and stale. If I were doing a blind taste test of the top 30 most popular coffees and the most expensive or fancy brands I would consistently guess gevalia colombia to be some total top of the shelf stuff, imagining whoever makes it probably charges 30$ for a regular 12oz pouch. I've been testing out different popular coffees and elusive expensive brands over about 20 years now. Regardless, I always keep this specific brand of Colombian on hand as every single time I came to the same conclusion… This one is the best. It's extremely smooth and never tastes burnt. The aroma when you pry a new bag open is so amazing you end up with a placebo high and ASMR. If it came in a perfume I would wear it 🤣, I would also choose its scent exclusively out of every candle and wax melt out there. Pure perfection..
