I love these pans. Just note that the bottom needs to be scoured - it will build up grease and if you have a glass top stove, it will transfer the grease. I only have this problem if I use it to cook corn tortillas, or sometimes bacon. My first pan lasted easily 14 months - and probably would have been longer if I could have gotten my hubby to wash the pan or at least put it into the sink when he was done with it. He also would wash the interior but not the bottom. These heat nicely, they are just great for the price you pay. Dishwasher safe. You can use metal utensils, however it will take the life out of the pans quicker.

This...is a beautiful pan. The finish is very attractive, and I have purchased it in several sizes. The non-stick surface performs exactly as promised. Without fail. The best finish I've ever cooked with in a non-stick pan. You need to follow the pre-use instructions, and thereafter absolutely nothing sticks to this pan, after a proper one time pre-use prep. I'm in love. I purchased the pan for use with an induction cooktop single burner. The heat is evenly distributed across the entire cooking surface, and everything cooks perfectly. The easiest cleanup ever. I would absolutely purchase this again. It would make a wonderful gift.
