Granite Ware 10 lb. Capacity 15 in. Covered Oval Roaster, Speckled Black Enamel on Steel

This pan was amazing and it did the job perfectly. I ordered two of these to have for thanksgiving and I grew up with my mother and grandmother cooking with these pans. Thanksgiving dinner was immaculate, due to these pans. My husband was able to shred up the turkey and pork shoulder (pernil) due to these pans. I've even made oxtails in them since getting them. The meats were so juicy and tender, I will definitely be ordering three more of these pans that way I'm able to pass them down to my daughters.

This is an Excellent roasting pan! It's just like the one my mother used to use way back in the '70's. This one is a bit smaller, though, since I didn't need to roast a large turkey weighing 24-28 lbs. :) I only had a 12 lb. bird because there weren't 18 or more people to cook for, so this was the perfect size for me. The cooking time was spot-on, and I only used the lid to transport and store the leftovers. All-in-all, this was a Great purchase, and I'm sure I'll use this roaster many times. Well worth the fairly low price!
