Great Cake Baking Book

I purchased this book because I have been following Grandbaby Cakes online for over a year, and her cakes look so perfect, so I decided to buy her book to create some of those cakes. Inside the delicious-looking pages, I found many stories about how her baking skills developed as she was raised by loving bakers who passed down their skills. Her stories stirred up my own memories of baking alongside my mother. My mother baked without recipes, so I wanted a cookbook that would have written recipes for me to follow. The recipes in the book are straightforward to follow. I know how to allot my time to the baking process. For example, I know when doing scratch caramel sauce, I will need at least 2 hours of dedicated attention to the sauce. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoy baking and like to learn new things.
