Extremely poor packaging made for a smashed item

The packaging was so poor that the cabinet arrived broken - I immediately requested a return. I wish Walmart would ship with UPS rather than FedEx as the latter is, in my opinion, one of the worst for delivering items in acceptable condition.

Very disappointed.

I ordered this China cabinet for myself. I am disabled and live on the third floor. I had to get help getting it upstairs to my unit. Upon trying to build it I noticed board 17 and board 18 were mislabeled. Their stickers were swapped. With further inspection I noticed that the board that is supposed to be board 18 is missing two pre drilled holes for hardware B so the China cabinet is unable to be built. Due to disability I hope I can get just a replacement board for board 18 because I have no way of returning the unit. I do not drive. For $400 this is extremely disappointing. I contacted customer service so hopefully they can send me a replacement board as soon as possible.
