Tasty, not overly seasoned but a slightly tangy vinegar and spices that enhances the blandness of the artichoke and brings out the natural flavor of the artichoke. Drained, they go well on hot spaghetti or pasta. Convenient for a cold pasta salad as the entire jar can be added to a cooked and cooled pasta. Perfect for an antipasto.
