If you fill to the water line to the water line and then fill the ice to the ice line on the provided cup you will indeed have iced coffee. If you follow these guidelines you only need to brew one time and the ice doesn't melt even tho it comes out hot- double insulated cup works great! Boom- you have iced coffee!
