Fettucine in Cream Sauce with Black Truffles
I like the smell of truffles. I rinsed my truffle and thinly sliced it and set aside. While cooking my fettucine, I made a cream sauce and set aside. When pasta was about done, I rinsed it. In a saucepan, I melted butter, added the pasta and stirred in the cream sauce and cooked a bit. Plate the pasta, spoon on some truffle oil if you have it, and add the sliced truffles to each plate. Delicious!
