My container arrived undamaged, though it was a bit difficult to open (I finally used a knife to cut the tab). Ive only used it once so far in some cookies. It made them extra chewy they lasted quite a bit longer in a container on my counter than cookies usually do (the last one was eaten on day 6 with no real discernible difference in texture from day 1). Looking forward to using the product in other baked goods ice creams.

Despite several negative reviews about poor packing and broken containers I ordered it and I was very positively surprised ! The syrup was perfectly wrapped and therefore arrived perfectly safe and certainly in best shape. The syrup I use for mirror glazes on cakes and works perfect ! Id definitely recommend buying from this seller.
