Goodles Dry Pasta Gluten-Free Loopdy-Loos - 8 oz

Cooks quick! Not used to that with GF pasta. Tastes good too—my daughter thinks it's as close to regular pasta as she's had so far. To compare, she dislikes banza brand, but doesn't mind barilla or other name brands. Made homemade mac and cheese and it tasted amazing. A little pricey, but that's to be expected for good GF products. Def worth the extra pennies. Looking forward to trying more of their items.

I had low expectations trying these but, they are surprisingly quite good. My gluten free pasta go-to is Barilla, and I'm always willing to try new brands but I'm also always skeptical and usually regret straying from the good old Barilla pasta but these Goodles did not disappoint. I wasn't sure about them when I first read the ingredients because I saw that chickpeas were pretty high up there and i've never been a fan of chickpea pasta, but I decided to give it a shot because the top two ingredients were corn and rice which i've found is usually a pretty good blend. And I'm glad I did, this pasta does everything the back of the box claims; it holds its shape, it cooks well, and tastes like pasta instead of beans. I can detect that there's a bit of extra stuff in there but it's really not so bad that it's off putting. I wouldn't go so far as to say this stuff is delicious, but I paired it with some alfredo sauce and I did enjoy it! And I feel good eating it because it's so high in protein and also packed with lots of extra veggie goodness that you can't even taste. Feels like cheating haha. I have already recommended them to my gluten intolerant mom and I'll do it again with whoever is reading this review, don't knock these til you try them!! I'm not sure if this brand even makes a rotini or spaghetti version of this but if I ever see some in our Walmart I will snatch it up
