Instructions
To prepare fresh dressing using the Good Seasons Cruet (or container with tight fitting lid):1. Pour balsamic vinegar (1/4 c.); pour water (3 Tbsp.).2. Add contents of package; cover. Shake vigorously until well blended.3. Add oil (1/2 c.), cover. Shake again until well blended.To Prepare with less oil...Complete steps 1 and 2 as directed above. In step 3, substitute 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup oil in place of 1/2 cup oil; shake as directed.Dressing Storage Tips:To maintain freshness, refrigerate dressing up to 4 weeks. Ingredients in dressing will separate when refrigerated, especially when prepared with olive oil. To reuse, let dressing stand at room temperature about 1 hour and then shake just before serving.

Best product of it's type out there
I like the other Good Season's dressing mixes "OK." I like them but they've never been much to get too excited over. I also have never just been "crazy" about Balsamic Vinaigrette in general. The Good Seasons Balsamic Dressing mix is the exception. I use my favorite Balsamic Vinegar and it is just incredible. Very disappointed that my Walmart's (I have 2 very near me) have stopped carrying it. It's a fairly new product - maybe a year or 2 - so maybe enough people don't know about it yet. Exceptional product.

Ok- this stuff is the bomb.com. Do yourself a favor and pair this with the best olive oil and balsamic you have. It will make the best salad dressing you've ever had.

This dressing mix makes you think you are eating a salad in a fine Italian restaurant. I use a quality, extra virgin olive oil to mix it up instead of vegetable oil.
