If you have trouble sleeping, and are looking for something more natural, I recommend these 100%. I love the taste. I take 2, about 20 minutes before I go to bed. I usually eat dinner around 5/5:30 pm, and then I don't eat anything else after 6:30/7:00. Around 10:30, I chew the 2 melatonin gummies. I sleep so much better, wake up, maybe once/twice at night ( not always), and go right back to sleep, no problem. I've tried other brands/types of melatonin, but these really really work for me. I never wake up feeling groggy or “off”, either. For some, 2 might be too many. I suggest starting with 1, and see how it works for you. I did it that way. I also asked my physicians about taking them before I started , in case they might interact with any of my medications. Better safe than sorry.
