It's the best type of rice. rinse first then put in rice cooker. one knuckle measurement and one teaspoon of white vinegar adds to fluffiness. after rice cooker is done,, crack one egg in a bowl add a splash of soy sauce, and mix with the egg... put 2 or 3 spoons of HOT rice in the egg and soy sauce, and add some green onions chopped and anything you like, chile flakes.... mix up. tastes so yummy. simple.
