I have owned many home gyms including Smith Machines. Pandemic closed my gym so i had to buy something for home. This unit was a lot to assemble on my own (it recommends 2 people) and was worried something would be missing but it was all there. Machine is smooth, tight, adjustable seats, and with no slack which is very important. Does not take up much room. Different exercises lift the weight stack differently. Legs and pulley cable for legs pull max of 330 lb. Top cable and flys pull around 200 lb. and bench press the full 330 lbs. Unit will satisfy the strongest lifter and even just a single plate may be too much for many arm or leg exercises connected to the bottom leg pulley, especially for females. I bought a bunch of bungee straps to connect for my daughter to pull against. Also bought a separate inclined bench to work abs. Need to buy your own leg straps.

We bought this for our teenage son and for myself to incorporate weights in to our treadmill workouts. This machine fits a small space, and has a big punch. The weights have enough variety for me and my son (who is significantly stronger than me). Overall, it was an excellent purchase and was delivered super quick!
