I really am impressed. Everything came well wrapped, nothing was missing. Once it was put together, it runs great! Just a few tweaks to the breaks and will need air for the tires. The only thing was the instruction book was not the right model. You will need to follow the video, do not skip steps.

The assembly actually was done by Angi's list. The assembler was assume. He knew a lot about e-bikes and it took only 2 hours to assemble. I really am impressed with the quality of this bike. It has the best design and feel of any bike I've ever owned. I enjoy getting out and riding, especially the hills. No hesitation whatsoever and it has an excellent battery life. I recommend this bike to anyone.

I was able to hop on and ride it 3 miles the first time out, including some fairly big hills. I will definitely be buying a cushier seat, but otherwise, it seems to be a great bike for this old gal.
