Used sauna suit

Order came in late. When I received my order the box inside was open. When I took the sauna pants out, it had a grease like substance all over as if they were used and returned then resold back to me. It's been really difficult to get through to Walmart CS with waits up to 4hrs. The seller was to contact me days ago and still no one has reached out to me. I'm returning the product and hopes to getting a full refund on time as said.
