The rack works well for hauling my kayaks. I also have hauled tree branches and the racks acts as a support. I suggested adding sports tape to the tops surface of the rack to prevent metal to medal slippage and reduce friction.

Great truck rack.

I told my wife that finally someone in this family has a nice rack. That did not go over well. This is truly the Cadillac of pickup racks. It is custom made for my Ridgeline and that is a difference maker. I hauled a 17' canoe from Missouri to Minnesota and it did not move an inch. I am rebuilding my deck and have hauled 12' and 16' boards with ease. Three people have come up to me and asked about it. I could not be happier with this product.
