flintstone vits have been around for a very long time. I know of clinics that often recommend them because of their excellent absorbtion rate. This particular formula is fortified with Vit C. Although this is marketed as a children vit, I typically purchase them to double as an immunity support and daily vit for travel. It is easy to ingest as a chewable with a tolarable flavor.

As an adult I take these as my immune system is terrible. If I go into a store or gosh forbid a doctor's office, if not taking these daily I end up sick for weeks. They work for me, not sure how they will work for others. I do swallow whole so not sure of how they taste.
