LOVE these, must buy buckwheat noodles
LOVE these buckwheat noodles, great for gluten free peeps. No weird ingredients, easy to prep, very tasty and they hold up well in soups and broths compared to most GF noodles.

Loving it
I've tried buckwheat noodles, very easy to prepare. just boiled 4-5 minutes and mixed with Costco smoked salmon and packaged salad. Simple healthy dinner is ready in 10 minutes. and it is gluten free !!

I substituted regular spaghetti noodles for the buckwheat noodles instead and I'm happy I did. Not only did I I like it, but it was a house favorite.
