I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried this spinach. I was worried about the seasoning and what in the world Southern Style meant. I thought it might be too salty or have a weird seasoning in it. To my relief, it was lightly seasoned if at all. To me it just tasted like good spinach. It has a nice soft texture and is delicious with a small amount of apple cider vinegar drizzled on it after it is heated up. It is a good value if you are looking for a little bigger can of spinach. If you love spinach, you should be happy with this product.
