I've been using my chill chest for about 4 years now and it still works great. I have bought 2 more and gave them to family as gifts. Most people I've encountered don't know about it yet. I was told that I should be the spokesperson for the Chill Chest. I've tested it both ways it doesn't keep food hot as well as it keeps things cold. It does keep hot food warm though. I'm very impressed with this product. I'm curious how are they going to improve this product. I will be buying another one for a backup just in case something happens to this one.

I filled it with a case of "pop" and ice and it kept it cold for 3 days. I even left it in the sun!!! The fourth day, they were still cold, but not cold enough for me to drink. You need to FILL the cooler in order for it to work properly. I have 2!
