Great to keep my hands warm and dry.

This is the same brand of glove I bought years ago at an Army/Navy surplus store. I paid about as much back then as these were now. I've used them in the winter when it is cold and wet - we have to haul drinking water, and it gets quite cold on my hands. I have arthritis and really suffer if I allow my hands to get cold. These gloves do the trick. They keep my hands warm enough and dry. One thumb has finally started to leak a bit of water, so it was time to replace them. I'm hoping for another 10 years or so use out of the new ones.

I work in a dental lab. We have to get metal dental flasks packed with stone material (which gets heavy) out of boiling water, and carefully open them. These gloves are perfect for the job. We can handle the hot water and carefully pry the flasks open with perfect dexterity and grip without getting burned. The price is unreal!
