This Rana pesto is excellent! I like that it's not too bitter. Some other brands have a bitterness that I don't like. Also, it has plenty of oil in it. One other brand I got didn't have enough oil and I had to add evoo. I highly recommend this pesto. Thanks!

And it might cost a bit less than buying the ingredients, too! This pesto is delicious and authentic. It doesn't need any gussying up but if you want a change of pace you can add some crushed red pepper flake, black pepper, lemon zest, and/or some extra fresh garlic. I use it on pasta and in sandwiches. It's good for every application you might use your homemade pesto for.
