Portobella Mushrooms are the best
I like adding these mushrooms where I would have previously added other mushrooms because they have a bit more nutritional value than plain canned mushrooms. I use them on pizzas, pasta meals, and sandwiches. They have a pretty good shelf life, so I can buy a couple of cans without worrying about them going bad quickly.
