I bought a medium though it will shrink in the washer being 100% cotton it will stretch back out to its true to size after wear. It's extremely comfortable, cheap and great for everyday wear with a minimalist look though I recommend going a size down on clothing if you lift make those gains show!! For example I'm high 170-180 low bw with 15% bf roughly and 6ft buying a medium fits fantastic!!
