The mild salsa con queso has the perfect balance of cheesy heat goodness. Slight heat, but not too strong. The texture in the jar is pretty solid so it's easy to spoon out without a mess, but it melts beautifully with no clumps! The consistency is not too thick, but not watery either; it's the perfect cheese for nachos! Make sure to follow the directions and stir every 20-30 seconds depending on your microwave otherwise the edges will burn.

I was really excited to see that I could buy Taco Bell's cheese sauce on its own. The flavor is on par with the sauce I remember. A little goes a long way. A couple of spoonfuls warmed up in the microwave tastes just like the real thing. It pairs well with tortilla chips, but it's also perfect for other recipes as well. I've used it in burritos, nachos and cheese and tacos. The packaging is easy to use and once opened, the cheese does need to be placed in the refrigerator. It melts perfectly. It has a creamy texture and while it's mild, does have a great flavor. I would like to see a spicy option as well. I'm definitely a fan and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a delicious tasting cheese sauce.
