Much better than normal scrub pads

I've used the Weiman heavy duty cleaner/polish with the applicator/scrub pad for a number of years. Then, I ran out of pads and started using regular scrub pads. That's when I realized the applicator/scrub pad truly made a difference in achieving a super clean, high gloss finish on ceramic/glass cooktop surfaces. Worth every penny. Much less elbow grease, less effort, and cleaner, brighter results.
