Bought this for our daughter as we already have a set in red/black. They are heavy pieces, but look quite smart as a table setting. The bowl is generous size, and can hold large salad or soup. Mug is comfortable grip. I like the square look, and am happy with the purchase. Have had ours for a long time, and it is quite chip resistant.

Nice dishes!

They all got here without a broken dish. They are beautiful, but huge. The plates are gigantic. I should have read the description better. I usually use the small plate for my dinner plate. The bowls are huge and great if you like a big, big, big bowl of cereal.
