This is a good first baby food recommended by our pediatrician to help our little one gain some weight at 4 months old. It's easy to eat and you can make it as thick or as thin as you want. It did cause him constipation (I'm assuming because of the fortified iron) but we added a small amount of prunes (1/5 of a jar), it resolved the issue. Our baby now eats pureed vegetables along with the cereal and his constipation has resolved.
