The strap is wide enough to not cause shoulder irritation, easily adjusted with a front clamp and the strap tension can be adjusted so that your voice change. I am pleased in that now I don't have to stop every 8 to 10 steps to pull my short up again. Good quality and if these wear out I will be buying another pair.

My 8 year old has been wanting suspenders since he saw Chester wearing them on Gunsmoke. I read to measure for fit start at the front waist and over the shoulder to the opposite side waist. He measured 37". These are PERFECT and the clasps on front and back are a perfect grip. I love the width, adjustable length and that he doesn't have to wear a belt to keep his pants up. Maybe he will start a trend with young boys. VERY classy, retro and affordable.
