Ok, first I have hated canned tuna for just about as long as I can remember. After getting this for a particular recipe I have discovered why I hated tuna. My mother always bought water packed and this is oil packed. I didn't like the fishy water packed. Now this is the brand I buy and Hubby is extremely happy that I will finally make tuna fish salad now. It is always in my pantry and it has the desired protein for my needs. This tuna is fillet style. It comes with a red hot pepper and is definitely delicious by itself or on a sandwich. I love to add it to a salad and know that I'm using the right amount for portion control. The spiciness gives it that extra kick so I don't add extra fats to my food. I highly recommend it.
