Storage: Once mixed, store bottles immediately in the refrigerator; feed to baby within 24 hours. Store unopened or opened container at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Use opened can contents within 1 month. Use by date on can. Use as directed by a doctor. Directions for Preparation and Use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Consult your baby's doctor about the formula appropriate for your baby; the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing; and the need to boil (sterilize) utensils, bottles, nipples, and rings before use. 1. Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils. Pour water into clean bottle (see mixing guide). 2. Add 1 unpacked level scoop (9.6 g) to each 2 fl oz of water. Return dry scoop to can. 3. Cap bottle; shake well; attach clean nipple. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Mixing Guide: Measure Water: 2 fl oz + 1 scoop (9.6 g) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop. Measure Water: 4 fl oz + 2 scoops of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop. Measure Water: 6 fl oz + 3 scoops of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop. Measure Water: 8 fl oz + 4 scoops of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop. Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula. Great for preemies and combo feeding!
I combo feed my preemie and this works great for us! He hasn't had any issues with it, it's easy on his tummy and pairs great with breast milk or by itself. We are satisfied with Neosure, it gets the job done. He's hitting every milestone and gaining weight at a great pace! No fussiness or much spit up with this formula IMO

Great Formula not so great price
Overall my daughter does great on this! My biggest problem with it is the price lol but she was preemie and this has helped her gain significant weight and she doesnt hardly ever spit up from it nor is she super fussy like it upsets her stomach, doesnt make her gassy or anything. Shes a super content baby and does feeds very well. Occasionally she will get a little constipated but overall its a great formula and Similac is always been my go to formula brand for all 4 of my babies!
