Prince Acini di Pepe Pasta.

Very good quality pasta. Great stirred right into boiling soups or stews. But, if you're going to cook like the larger pastas (?) use a very fine strainer. I boil, strain and then sauté in butter, garlic and parsley. Finish with a big sprinkle of grated Romano cheese. YUM. What a delicious change from rice and orzo.

Yummy... I am so surprised to see these when I was

I haven't seen these in more than 20 years and I'm not joking it's been that long. Again another little pasta that you can do so many things with. It's very tiny but goes great in some chicken soup

Price Acini di Pepe is great especialy for Marmaon

We use it to make a Middle-Eastern dish, Marmaon (also know as Maftoul, Mougrabieh, or Palestinian Couscous). Cooked with sauted onions, and chicken. Delicious! ....and at a great price!!!
