Huge Disappointment

It's a beautiful mirror but it flops around. There doesn't seem to be a way to tighten the brackets to keep it at the desired angle. The weight of the mirror pushes the angle down toward the counter and floor so it's unusable unless you are very very short. Very disappointing. Now I have to find a new one and have the contractor remove this one, patch the holes, repaint and reinstall a new mirror.
