I did not Use these For heating food actually Or keeping food warm I have a rather large Greenhouse And on some of these really cold nights I have set one of the Cans Here and there throughout my plants to help And keep the roots warm. I only use them in the coldest hours Of the early morning. they put off a pretty good amount of heat and not a really big flame. they seem to work well for the purpose for which I purchased them.
