Bad company to buy from.

When we got the bike the bolt that holds the seat on was missing. It took them along time to respond.When they did they adked for pictures.After we tried the bike we found out the brakes didn't work.We tried to take it back to Walmart to have it shipped back and it was rejected 3 times.This company wasn't helpful after all the inconvenience we went through. We told them it was on the way back and we were told that if we didn't send pictures they wouldn't refund us.They weren't sympathetic at all toward what we've been through with this product. Walmart needs to drop them!
