Garnier Nutrisse Triple Nourish Fruit Oil Hair Color, 40 Dark Brown, 3-Pack

I am Asian with dark brown/black hair. My white hairs exploded in my early 50's. The first product I used was "black", but it looked too black. So, I went dark brown only. It lightens my hair a little. My hair looks fabulous! I only use the "dark brown" only. It lightens my hair a little instead of the jet-black look.

I have been using Loreal Preference for over 20 years...was pleased but wanted to try something different. Light Brown was always my go to color. It's the fall time of year when I LOVE the auburn color...so I thought I would try 535. First of all, I LOVE that it doesn't smell when you are applying, goes on nice and thick, doesn't run and get all over the place. My hair has a lot of red tones to it and this color made my hair a beautiful reddish color...a little too red for my taste. So I'm purchasing a dark brown color to go over it and hopefully it will tone down the red and give a nice medium brown with reddish tones when I'm done. I will NEVER go back to preference line again. The Garnier Nuturisse brand is a better application, the oil application really nourishes the hair nicely without making it oily and gives great results. Here's a picture of what before and after. it looks like now in the reddish tones.. Even though I'm 65 I love to play with hair color, it's fun. Don't hesitate to try this brand, you won't be sorry, the only difference with this product is that there are a variety of colors to choose from, and the color on the box is exactly what the hair looks like when colored. Read the suggestions on the website as to what color you wish to achieve, they give you suggestions if you want to go darker or lighter and what type of highlight ir any you wish to achieve. GREAT PRODUCT...will use all the time now. Nothing else compares.
