First and foremost not all protein powders are made the same. I trust this brand and I am seeing results. My son needed to bulk up for sports. We started incorporating this into his diet. One scoop into smoothies, half scoop into pancake mix, Ive even made banana bread with it - we have noticed a huge difference in his growth! It doesn't taste overly synthetic like some of the other protein powders we have tried. Ten out of ten!!

I put 3/4 cup of strawberries. 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt and about a cup of milk with the recommended amount of protein. Blend for about 1 1/2 minutes. or longer if you prefer. I don't put ice cubes in but personal preference. Makes a delicious smoothie!!
