I add a heaping scoop to my daily smoothie. After I add the liquid, a banana, various other fruits, and a Tbls of Cinnamon, I can't taste any of this powder. I don't even know if I should be adding protein to my diet, but... has anyone said it hurts more than helps?

I love this protein powder. I mx it with water and drink it as is. It dissolves quickly in a glass using a spoon to mix. It has a distinct protein powder flavor with a decent vanilla backer. I will never be a fan of the flavor, but the ease of mixing, the tolerable taste when mixed with just water and the non-dusty powder makes it a 5 star for me.
