Great quality and effective probiotics for a reasonable price. I had been using a more expensive brand but switched to this product instead. Love this product! So I normally wouldn't be able to use the bathroom for weeks, would have to visit the Emergency Room. They prescribed me magnesium citrate 2 times a day for 2 weeks. Since I have asthma that weakened my lungs even more and caused issues with my heart and was very weak with over 100 heat beats per minute. I started taking this once every morning, and it took 1 day for me to be regulated. This is my second bottle, and worth it! I'm so much stronger and feel great.

Have taken this for years and will continue doing so. Much better digestion. HOWEVER, the last time I ordered it from Walmart, the contents had been tampered with. What was supposed to be 30 gelcaps was approximately 100 unmarked pills. Walmart quickly gave me a refund. Thank you Walmart!
