Seriously impressed by how easy this shake is to digest, especially with gastroparesis. The chocolate flavor tastes good and not overly sweet. I appreciate that it's plant-based and gluten-free. The mixability is smooth, and I feel confident about the non-GMO ingredients. It has become my preferred protein and meal replacement option.

I needed more protein, way less sodium and of course less calories for mid-day meal replacement and pick me up. Looked at a whole lot of ingredient labels to find this Garden of Life product. Covers all the bases for me. I mix with 12 oz. of cold filtered water, in my water bottle and shake (I have one with a shaker ball in it). No after taste or bits of powder. I've tried a couple different brands, but the greens sold me on this one. Price compares with most brands, or is less.
