Where's the fluff?

I loved the vibrant colors of the comforter. When it arrived, it came in a vacuumed sealed package. After opening, the comforter did not restore its fluff and it's been a few weeks now. Maybe it will after a wash %26 dry. So far, not happy with this purchase.
