This is a lightweight gym pant, good for maybe spring or fall depending on where you are. Allows me complete freedom of movement. I was able to do ATG squats, lunges, lateral lunges, all types of leg stretches, and plyo box jumps without feeling that the fabric was stretching or in any danger of ripping. These pants were pretty comfortable as well and fit true to size for me.
