The person that had the review and had a picture and said coils were rough feeling had the matress upside down, the black side is on the bottom. Top was real comfy. It was squeezed into a box . I was able to carry from the fed ex truck on my own but needed help opening doors. It is heavy. Instructions are on the inside but i cut the side of the box and layed it flat. It comes with a plastic cutter. Setup was easy. It's comfortable well put together. Reasonably priced. I don't have a box frame but I may get one since it s about 12 off the floor.
